ASSURED SHORTHOLD TENANCIES:
As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments;

Permitted Payments

Before the tenancy starts (payable to W J Meade ‘the Agent’)
• Holding Deposit: 1 weeks’ rent
• Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent (if under £50,000 a year) 6 weeks’ rent (if over £50,000 a year)

During the tenancy (payable to the Agent)
• Late Payment of Rent; 3% on top of the Bank of England’s interest rate (per day).
• Loss of Keys/Security Devices; £50
• Early Termination/ Surrender; payment of £50 and any unpaid rent.
• Change of Sharer (per person); £50
• Variation or Novation of Contract; £50

If higher costs have been incurred due to your request or default, you will be given a full breakdown of the payment due.

COMMON LAW AGREEMENTS:
£500.00 per agreement

All fees shown are inclusive of 20% of VAT
