To best service your needs, our dynamic sales team consists of several different people, each specialising in an aspect of the sales journey, from; Administrators and Valuers to Negotiators and Co-ordinators and Sales Managers and File Progressors. Working all in the same office helps enhance our communication and team cohesion, making sure we can deliver the best service possible.

It all begins when you request a valuation from us. One of our experienced valuers will visit your home and provide you with an up-to-date sales appraisal. This will be based on our years of experience, a comparison on similar properties that have recently sold in the area, and of course a detailed home assessment. Any queries you have can be discussed at the time of our visit and we will advise you on all aspects of selling your property.
The property market is ever-changing, especially in London, therefore valuations on your property can change throughout the year. Unlike other agents, we give you real, honest advice about the current market conditions and what we can achieve for your property.
Once we are instructed, our sales co-ordinator will arrange for our Professional Photographer to attend and stage your home to maximise its potential. They will take an array of external and internal shots, as well as conducting a detailed floorplan. We will then hand pick a selection of photos to draw up the property details (with your final approval) before uploading the property to our website and the property portals.
We understand the importance of marketing your property and to maximize its coverage, when you choose us, your property will be featured through a variety of channels. Your property will be advertised on our website, as well as all major portals; Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket.
Unlike a lot of agents, we are in regular contact with our pre-qualified applicants, notifying them of any pending listings, to help secure quick sales. As part of our marketing, Will (who also manages our social media) also shoots a video walk through of your property and uploads it to the property portals as well as our social media channels.
Our sales negotiators will then generate interest and work through enquires to arrange viewings for suitable purchasers to visit your property. They will give you regular feedback, in case we need to tailor the marketing to acquire a suitable buyer. When we are in receipt of offers, they will conduct negotiations on your behalf, making sure they achieve the best possible price for you.
Once the sale has been agreed, we will then organise the sales paperwork and send the sales memorandum to relevant parties. You will need to instruct solicitors, and the sale would then begin to be progressed by us. The sales progression is perhaps the most challenging part of the sale (and one that most agents are not skilled at). We work relentlessly with all parties involved; buyer, seller, solicitors, freeholders etc, to communicate amongst the parties, manage expectations and push where needed to get the sale completed.
