Having originally established ourselves in 1995 we soon realised that we needed more space to accommodate the expansion brought about by the demand for both buying and renting. The opportunity arose to move into our current 1700 sq. ft. office and we have not looked back since.
Covering the area from Canary Wharf to The City our staff are experts on every aspect of the market with over 70 years of combined local knowledge. Our success is attributed to dealing with all types of property from the smallest of studio apartments to multi-million-pound Georgian houses rather than specialising in just one defined niche.
Bow and its surrounding area features many desirable hotspots, including; Regent’s Canal, Roman Road, Victoria Park and of course, the beautiful conservation area of Tredegar Square. Also, just a stone’s throw away Lime house and Dockland’s. Mile End and Bow is one of London’s housing gems. A suburban oasis in the East End of London. Since opening our office in 1995, we have continued to have a great rapport with the residents of Mile End and our expert market knowledge has helped sell and re-house many of them. Our Flagship office sits conveniently in the heart of the area and is open to anyone who made need advice for selling, buying or renting property. Back in the 1300’s, Mile End became one of London’s first suburbs, nowadays with great transport links and Queen Mary University located at the centre, there are many young professionals moving into the area to take advantage of the competitive rents in comparison to Bethnal Green and Shoreditch. However, the suburbia feel still remains with the abundance of greenery in the area serviced by both Mile End Park and Victoria Park. Serviced by a variety of tube lines, getting into Central London only takes around 15 minutes, with London Liverpool Street Station only 2 stops away. Located in the borough of Tower Hamlets, Mile End is situated to the east of Bethnal Green and south of Hackney, covering E1-E3 postcodes. The streets of Mile End are filled with thriving eateries and relaxing pubs and bars.
